Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
1. Our returns policy states that we are happy to exchange or refund merchandise items if returned within a week of purchase (7 days), provided the goods are unused, unopened and in original packaging and accompanied by a proof of purchase Baby World Invoice.
2. For product integrity and hygiene reasons we are unable accept a return if it has been opened.
3. Your Invoice is your proof of purchase and your warranty.
All international deliveries: Baby World will not cover shipping costs in terms of returns, exchanges, refunds, or warranty claims. These will have to be covered by customer. Please note that all interational deliveries will take a bit more than stated in product description. Please contact the shop for more details.

Products damaged by customer
Products without original packaging
Products with missing parts
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Your ordered product has to be returned back to adress provided by one of our staff members.
Refunds will only be processed once the products being returned have been returned back to Us. Refunds will be credited to the original tender used to process the payment. All returns are your responsibility until they reach Us back. We recommend to use genuine postal service and make sure that you keep your proof of posting. The cost of returning the items back to Us will not be refunded. You will be only refunded value of the goods you paid for, shipment is excluded from refund.
